Thinking outside the box-
Example –
We had been instructed to carry out a project in a Hyde park, mews road, which was having an additional floor added to the height.
On commencement it was found that one party wall neighbour, wasn’t ready to complete the party wall award to commence the work, whereas the other neighbour had.
So, we got underway by do a ” two thirds strip of old roof “
Leaving the remaining section until we had the party wall award signed off.
This enabled us to go ahead and get in 3/4 of the steel and new floor.
Resulting in a months saving to the programme.
